in 2022 the Culinary Arts Commission and Slowfood signed an agreement to initiate Slowfood Saudi Arabia the founder of Azkafoods and Director of Slowfood Saudi Arabia will share the main outcomes of this unique partnership to date 

this session aims to shed light on the progress of Slowfood in Saudi Arabia with its communities in all 13 provinces and the impact and benefits of spreading the philosophy of Good Clean & Fair Food for all
