Catmosphere was founded out of a challenge to raise awareness about the Arabian Leopard during the time of Covid-19. Its initial campaign was the hugely successful Catwalk but its intentions have always spanned far wider than messaging about Big Cat conservation. In fact Big Cat conservation was just one aspect Catmosphere. The Catmosphere team would like to use the COP16 platform to share this positioning publicly.

Catmosphere is an organization that highlights our interconnected wellbeing through collective action that enables transformation, across all “spheres”: the lithosphere, biosphere, hydrosphere and atmosphere, that together comprise our planet’s environment.

Catmosphere’s methodology is to mobilize stakeholders, from citizens to organizations, to raise awareness, and provide the resources to enable them to take collective action and transform our environment’s challenges into opportunities and solutions. Collective + Action + Transformation´ for the environment = CATmosphere.
